Why do we like this?

Saturdays: notoriouslyslow for new music. Also an awesome opportunity to post something from way back when.

Jose's "Crosses" hits the nail right on the head, particularly given the overcast weather in Southern California. It's also fitting because in roughly 5 hours, I'll be leaving on a jet plane to spend two weeks in the forests ofMontana, Idaho and Oregon -- pretty much the perfect setting for folk music.

A little piece of trivia: this song was released more than 10 years ago. Dayamn!
