Why do we like this?

It's been too long between drinks for mercurial singer-songwriter Jordan Bratton. After dropping his highly-rated Youth project two years ago, Bratton has only released the odd song her and there, with "Pieces" being his first new song in a year.

Produced and co-written by duo Pop + Oak (Nicki Minaj, Miguel), "Pieces" is a mellow take on the R&B genre, with Bratton's gorgeous vocals crooning; “Everybody wants a piece of me darlin’ / Everybody wants a piece of me lately / Everybody wants a piece of me baby / But since you’re gone it’s been tragic."

"Pieces" is a welcome return from Bratton and hopefully means we will be getting a feature album from him soon.
