Why do we like this?

I was initially on the fence when I heard JOME's "Brushstroke," but I've since come around to the easy-going folk-rock vibes of the track.

It reminds me a bit of Kodaline, Coldplay and Howard (which should go without saying given that I've included those acts in the "sounds like" section). Still, I figure it warrants repeating, because I think it really will appeal to fans of those bands.

The kicker? This is a debut. And it ain't bad, for that.
