Why do we like this?

This qualifies as bluegrass, right? Or... banjo folk? Clearly a bit of both...

Doesn't matter really. What's important here is that John Thumb has made an impression on me with his new single "Footsteps." The song comes off the Canadian songwriter's newly released self-titled album, which includes eight other songs you can sit back and enjoy (here).

Irregardless, what's important here is that the music is solid on the ears. Super solid.
