Hot Chip's Joe Goddard gave us "Gabriel" last year, and since its release, this DFA/Greco-Roman single has become quite the success across many remix platforms. Back in November, Indie Shuffle shared the Ossie remix of "Gabriel" to the masses, and today we are serving up Soulwax's version -- fully equipped with jangling beats and cascading arpeggios.
Valentina's powerfully reverberated choruslines mixed with an acid-laden backbeat scores high on my list of go-to ass shaking tracks. The crashing electronics can be a little robotic sounding at times but once the bassline picks up, the liftoff is well worth the wait.
