It is no secret that France has some incredibly talented artists. Many of them are gaining a lot of fans throughout Europe, and there is a good reason why. Today’s offer is from up-and-coming producer Joachim Pastor. He has been on my personal radar for a while now, after noticing his name at a few venues I went to.
While we all know "Fever" as Little Willie John’s original song, or perhaps from the many covers, I am sure you haven’t heard a version like this. Joachim Pastor sampled the vocals to transform it into a rendition that will surely make your mind drift away towards summer. The track is featured on his wonderful Telfair EP, which is released on Stil Vor Talent.
Pastor works closely with two other French producers, who go by the name of Worakls and N’to. If you are in Europe, keep an eye out on the many deep house and techno festivals throughout the year. Chances are you can catch Joachim Pastor, or any of the others mentioned above, playing there. They are well worth seeing live. Trust me.
