Why do we like this?

The best way to describe Berlin-based newcomer Jinka is as a music chameleon. Her debut single "Trash From The Past" was a whirlwind of fuzzy-electro with pop melodies, followup release "Flesh To White To Black To Flesh" a calming and hypnotic dose of electronica, and her third single "Shock Mounted" a laid-back groover emphasising Jinka's adorable vocals. 

Despite the feel good nature of the production, "Shock Mounted" is a break-up song. Jinka's slinky vocals are a pleasure to listen to alongside the soothing bass line.

Influenced by the interesting trio of Alexis Taylor, Gwen Stefani and Frankenstein, "Shock Mounted" is another brilliant release from Jinka who continues to be one to watch heading into 2018.
