Few producers are better at capturing a laidback smoky sound than Toronto's Jesse Futerman.
You may remember the Canadian producer from when we featured his track "Don't You Know That I Love You (Rough Mix)" a few years back, and on his latest release, You Are Never Alone, "Bleeding Lights" picks up where that left off.
On a house-ier tip than "Don't You Know...", "Bleeding Lights" is the perfect winter warmer, bringing together thick, gloopy pads with a subdued horn section and delicately layered strings.
Released on Swedish label Omena, who have also been behind quality releases from the likes of Admin and HNNY, it looks like Futerman is finally starting to get the recognition his music deserves. Pick up a copy of "Bleeding Lights" and the rest of You Are Never Alone here.
