Jean Tonique x Warner Case shake our bones

Is this the funkiest song of the summer? Admittedly I haven't listened to all the songs that came out this summer (y'know, with 50,000+ a day uploaded to Spotify and all), but... it's definitely top of the list for the funkiest of songs I've encountered.

This collaboration follows up Jean Tonique and Warner Case's 2021 collaboration on summer on the inside, which included one of my personal favorites "i miss new york."

This single picks up where things left off, though seems to turn the dial to ~11 in terms of upbeat dance party. On the flip side, they've released a second single called "daffodil" which brings the tempo down a tough. Of the two, I'd say "shake our bones" is my favorite, and that's why I'm sharing it with you today :)
