Why do we like this?

Twee pop! I haven't covered something that reminded me of that genre in quite some time, so Jay Som's "Ghost" is a welcome departure from the norm.

The name behind the scenes is Melina Duterte, a Bay Area artist who's been at it for roughly two years (on SoundCloud, at least). She recently dropped a new EP called Untitled which varies from dream pop to grungy. it's a pretty good listen, so I'd recommend heading over to Bandcamp for a full stream.
