Why do we like this?

Kanye said release dates are played out, but Jay Electronica has been dropping unexpectedly like bird shit for years now. He continues his tradition with "Road To Perdition," a title eager fans might recognize from a track list for Act II, leaked years ago. 

Over triumphant mid-tempo production, Ronald Reagan introduces the people's champion who emerges in shining armor. It's the nothing-from-something, greatest-story-ever-told braggadocio narrative that Jay has mastered like no other. It's cinematic, biblical, and gutter. 

The Farrakhan of Rap is currently in the middle of a European run, which he'll follow with his first China tour. Is The-Album-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named finally seeing the light of day?
