Why do we like this?

I've got a soft spot for easy-going downtempo music, which is good news for South African-based Jason Barty.

"Ede" comes off the Cape Town artist's recently released album Simple Day, which you can listen to here. It has a wonderful layering of easy-to-listen-to instrumentation that carries the listener away to a relaxing, far-off land.

On that note, I feel inspired to start getting ready for bed...
