Why do we like this?

If Jasmine Rodgers' last name sounds familiar, it's because she's the daughter of Paul Rodgers. Yes, the same Rodgers who was part of Free, Bad Company and Queen. So it's no surprise Jasmine has inherited her father's talent for singing and songwriting.

"Icicles" is the latest track taken from her forthcoming album set for release later this year. Short at just over two minutes, Rodgers' cathartic vocals are the focus over the folk-tinged acoustic picking and soft percussion, making this a tremendous introduction to her music for new listeners.
