Why do we like this?

Cinematic. That's the perfect word for what you're about to listen to. It's also the perfect word because I just found it while digging through digital crates as I'm scoring a film.

I was searching for something edgy, but soft. Something with a profound presence, yet a shallow soul. 

The scene?

Just a girl hopping off a gigantic ferris wheel as it whisks by the platform at the bottom. She's leaving the guy she spent the first half of the film with right in the cabin of that ferris wheel by himself while he watches it all happening, in disbelief.

There's no sound right now in that scene, so I think this will be just perfect.
