Why do we like this?

Jane Penny, lead singer of TOPS, returns with another single as she readies her debut project, Surfacing. Leaning on her forumla that mixes a sweet falsetto and glossy synths, a track this good shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

If you loved her work on TOPS' album, I Feel Alive, then "Wear You Out" is right up your alley. Really good stuff here.
