Why do we like this?
Fantastic new remix of James Blake's "I Never Learnt to Share" by Sound Remedy. Based out of Chicago, Sound Remedy has been writing electronic music for eight years, and is on the verge of releasing a new EP which will be made entirely of original tracks.
I found myself a little skeptical at the start of this song, which begins with a difficult to take-in simplified harmonization. Fortunately I listened through for another minute, as I found myself pleasantly surprised to encounter a subtle change in the tempo of the song around 1:00 that very soon thereafter builds up into a bit of electronic fury, letting completely loose at ~2:30.
This track features a lot of what I like in a good song -- bravo to Sound Remedy for keeping me on my toes!
