Detroit can be the most innovative place on the planet if one knows where to look. We've got a burgeoning underground comprised of just about every type of music you can imagine, and while we've been looking to the UK for most of the new emerging styles in electronic music, the musty basements of Detroit and its bored suburbs are still a great untapped resource.
