Sounds like: MuteMath, The 1975
Why do we like this?

I just arrived in London, so it only makes sense that I'd share a new track by a band from these regions.

Meet Jakil, a London-based (via Edinburgh) quintet with a catchy sound not unlike The 1975. "Istanbul" is their latest single, a floating indie rock track that features a groovy guitar lick, a smooth bridge, and brilliant falsetto.

Keep an eye out for these guys -- they'll be supporting St. Lucia at the Lexington on the 18th, followed up by a gig at The Sebright Arms in London on September 29th. And of course, you can head over to SoundCloud for more of their music.
