Why do we like this?

There are certain guarantees in life, like knowing that break ups suck, and that a hot cup of coffee and some sweetly played notes on an acoustic guitar can maybe make it a little better. At least that's what I think Jake Morley would say.

The London-based singer/songwriter and guitar maestro has a penchant for making it all seem okay as he lightly plucks away on his guitar in his brand new track "Ghostess." His hushed vocals pave the way and paint the picture of a relationship that just wasn't meant to be. The song builds up until the moment when Morley lets it all out and you realize he really doesn't have it all together; he shows a vulnerable side so many of use are afraid to share.

And just like a post-break-up confessional at a coffee shop, I would recommend taking in this track with a fresh cup of your favorite caffeine enhanced beverage. It will make it taste just a little bit sweeter, I promise.
