Why do we like this?

Can't place what this track reminds me of, maybe it's just that it has that instant classic sound. 

Jacob Banks is a young singer/songwriter from Britain with a pretty impressive backstory. As it happens I blogged about him back in August of 2013, but he was just a feature on this Wretch 32 track and in its remix form I didn't focus too much on the singer. At any rate, here he is front and center with the strong and soulful "Monster 2.0."
