Why do we like this?

Okay so, the sex appeal admittedly might be clouding my vision on this one, seeing as Jack strips naked within the first 30 seconds of this music video, but this lo-fi indie pop track feels so hot in the midst of this January chill.

Meet Jack Larsen, a 20-something from the Chicago area, who is bursting at the seams with ambition and talent. Vanity is the fifth track off his debut 2019 LP Mildew, and it lyrically captures all of those emotions of feeling simultaneously lost and so sure of yourself in your early twenties. As one of Closed Sessions few pop-centered artists, Larsen carries a whole new vision of sugary and psychedelic soundscapes.
