Wow. I haven't covered Is Tropical since way back in 2013. That's a reaaaaaally long gap. My bad.Fortunately their new single "Calling Out" hit all the right notes for me, blending modern indie rock and electronic sounds into a slow-burning song that gently won me over as it progressed.From the looks of it, "Calling Out" is going to be included on an upcoming album that follows up the London-based band's last release Black Anything, which was released in 2016. Chances are I'll be around to share more from it :)
