Why do we like this?
When this new song by In Tall Buildings crossed my path I figured the first thing to do was check out their SoundCloud. And boy what a surprise that held!
First up, this ain't a band. It's a one man show, fronted by a Chicagoan named Erik Hall. And secondly -- the last time he uploaded anything to SoundCloud was pretty much seven years ago. Hot damn!
"Curtain" comes off Erik's new album Akinetic, which was produced by Brian Deck, a seasoned professional who has helped with the likes of Iron & Wine and Modest Mouse. It'll be released via Western Vinyl on March 2nd and can be purchased here.
