Sound Remedy's remixes are usually pretty spot on, so when I got a heads up that he was adding his touch to Imogen Heap's "Hide And Seek," I was pretty excited.
The last time I heard the track remixed was
by Tiesto in 2010. That version had a warmer, fuller take on the original. Sound Remedy's flip, on the other hand, introduces a huge dose of womp, womp, wobble. In doing so, it turns the 2005 release of "Hide And Seek" into a song worth of Skrillex and Ellie Goulding. Not sure if that's a good thing...but it seems to work.
