Why do we like this?
Jesse Epstein, performing under the moniker Imaginary Future, recently released one of the most beautiful love songs I've heard in a very long while. Along with his wife, Kina Grannis, who has previously been featured on Indie Shuffle, the two have created a track that truly encompasses the meaning of love between best friends.
In a note to followers on his Patreon page, Jesse describes the fear of being trapped in a foreign land and finding true solace in memories and thoughts of his wife. Jesse writes:
"My hope is that the song allows you to reflect on the two things that presented themselves so clearly to me in Jakarta: life's impermanence and love's importance."
