Why do we like this?
I feel like I was just talking about how Sweden's folk-pop crew I'm From Barcelona needs to get their shit together and record another album... and then I open my inbox today and voila! I get an email announcement saying that their newest album, Forever Today, is going to drop on April 19.
The album "is about the ups and downs of twenty-something people sharing a small space and a big dream," or so says the band's press release. It's no secret that I'm From Barcelona can easily express themselves with seriously infectious tunes, and I don't think we will be disappointed by their third album.
Worry not, they aren't making us wait for a single. "Get In Line" is everything you want to hear from a 27-member band: lots of chorus shouting, hand clapping, and get-up-and-shimmy beats.
