Normally, I wouldn't post a track with more than five million listens on SoundCloud. It's a bit against my personal blogging code of conduct. Yet, while we're here for the boys and girls who are under the radar, it's still necessary to introduce everyone on to the vibes of the moment, popularity aside.
That's where Atlanta's ILOVEMAKONNEN comes in. His wavy track "Tuesday" is filled with falsettos and echoes, and is simple yet unique. It's one of the most sound-bending hip-hop releases in a while. Finding success primarily to the support of October's Very Own, it's currently being bumped on hip-hop radio stations and in turnt-up clubs all over the globe.
Out of his 39 other SoundCloud releases, none match the crispiness of "Tuesday." It sure would be sweet to get another one of these, though.
