Illuminati Hotties is a Los Angeles-based band founded, fronted, and led by Sarah Tudzin, who has been around the music industry as an audio engineer for quite some time now. Their song "Knead" is a perfect showcase of what makes their music so great.
The song incorporates elements of punk/alternative rock. It is filled with tongue-in-cheek lyrics that prove Tudzin is one of the most entertaining writers and vocalists in music right now. The first half of "Knead" is slower and more melodic, compared to the second half in which the song explodes with roaring guitars, punchy bass, and powerful vocals as Tudzin repeats the word "needy" until it is almost ad nauseam. Almost.
