Why do we like this?
Composer and beat maker ibrahim's first track of 2018, "Wool Sweaters and Early Mornings," is the musical equivalent of brewing the most wonderfully aromatic, delicious cup of coffee, and realizing the secret was to switch out the coffee filter with your favorite blanket.
Shout out to Australian musician Juan for supplying the guitar and bass here. Everything just snaps right into place, like a puzzle assembled two lovers in matching sweaters under the glow of early morning light. ibrahim is not a producer that was on my radar with regards to beats or vibes, but this masterclass in chill has certainly captured my attention.
