Why do we like this?

We last picked up on Ibexx back in May with her song "Static." It, like this one, was a lush electronic exploration that managed to stand above in a super-saturated genre.

"Low" hooked me pretty quickly. It's rich, emotive, and the production / execution is pretty much 100% perfect. It's the type of song that can easily slip into oblivion, but manages to rise above as, well, anything but mediocre. So good job, Ibexx. You done won me over.

Keep posted. I'm sure the LA artist has more up her sleeves, and chances are I'll be lined up to cover it.
