Sounds like:
Soulection,
ESTA,
Kendrick Lamar
Why do we like this?
More substance from the crew over at Soulection. I'm really digging the mellow L.A. sound on this -- the vibes are like the sun peeking over the Hollywood Hills on a clear day.
This track is an instrumental refix by Los Angeles-via-Germany producer IAMNOBODI. He adopts Clubcasa's orchestral version of Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe," then flips it into a dope beat. For those of you who missed our Lil Wayne coverage back in June, The Clubcasa Orchestra is an awesome collective based in New York City that produces original windwork on pop/mainstream tracks. Their work will give you chills.
You can download this track for free on iamnobodi's Bandcamp. Actually, there's a lot of free stuff up there, so definitely hit his entire site. He's got that perfect/future sound. If you were wondering what it would sound like with lyrics, here's an example on SoundCloud. Not as good though. Not Soulection-quality.
