Based originally out of Australia, High Highs now call Brooklyn, New York their musical home. I'm loving their spectral, folk harmonies. Described as "synth-laced acoustica with a bite," High Highs make use of soft synth, euphoric vocals and the gentle strum of guitar, leaving their audience in awe.
A few days ago, the trio of Oli Chang, Jack Milas, and Zach Lipkins released their lead single titled "Once Around The House" from their upcoming debut album, but I thought I would start you off with some musical groundwork and introduce the first track off of their EP.
If you find yourself to be a fan of "Horses," which I predict will occur at approximately t-0:27 seconds (EDM fans, here's your drop), I would highly recommend exploring all else that High Highs have thrown out there. While waiting patiently for their debut album to be released, "Once Around The House" has tided me over.
