I thought "The Night" was gonna be a one-hit-wonder for HONNE. I'm not even sure why, but it was just the feeling I had. And as it turns out, I couldn't have been more wrong about this.
Their music is so intimate and personal you might even think HONNE is a solo project. Nope. It's a perfectly balanced duo.
It even seems like there's a magical tempo that HONNE sounds best at (I'm not a massive fan of their upbeat work).
Yeah, "No Place Like Home" won't break any records, but it's like an award itself. Somebody said that "this song reminds me of travelling the globe." In a way, it really does.
Maybe the whole EP Over Lover (out TODAY and it sounds like heaven) will become the perfect soundtrack of autumn 2015? Maybe. You decide.
