You like a little bit of crisp indie pop? Cool, me too! Good news is that honewhip are here to service our ears with a brand new single called "polaroid," and it sounds lufferly.

I'd love to be able to tell you a bit more about honeywhip, but they're a bit of a mystery. I'm pretty sure it's a duo based out of San Francisco. They're half-Chinese, half-American, and grew up in Japan. I'm not sure if that applies to *both* of them or if that's some sort of magically combined, well, honeypot. Either way, it's a good background to have because it seems to help come up with consistently good songs. And given this is my 4th time covering honeywhip, consistency seems to be one of their hallmarks.
