Why do we like this?
HONEYMOAN are back. There's an album coming. I had the delight of watching this band's first ever live show. It's early days; they're promising days.
The group is comprised of talented musicians / artists, and for whatever reason this combination of individuals is producing magical results. It begs the question: what other pairings, in an infinite spectrum of different people-combos, could create similar effects? Or, what if Hitler and Jared Fogel were in a band?
Some outfits I'd like to see:
- 4 x Toro Y Moi
- Wu Minxia (the world's greatest diver of all time), Martie Maguire (Dixie Chicks), Yo Yo Ma, and Steve Lacy
- Rostam Batamangli & Chris Farley & HAIM
That was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be, so those are my top 3, I guess.
