Why do we like this?

I'm pretty sure I fell for this track of its melody alone. The style and instrumental approach isn't necessarily unique, but.. yeah.. it all just comes together with such a raw and sort of Strokes-y vibe that I can't help but enjoy it every time I listen to it.
