Why do we like this?
Old or new, good news is good news. So in case you haven't already heard, Henry Krinkle's "Stay" is quite good.
The track finishes off Future Grooves Vol. 1, a free bass compilation released in the summer of 2012, featuring previously undiscovered musicians from dubstep to future garage genres.
"Stay" is an easy stand out. It comes off as the work of a more experienced producer. Despite a danceable beat, it eases along finding breath between lush textures.
More recently, Krinkle has released a six-track compilation titled The Lush Haus Remixes. You can download the set for free over at Bandcamp and support his music on SoundCloud or Facebook.
