Why do we like this?

When this popped up in my submissions feed, I wasn't sold straight away. The introduction is safe, and the general melody eases along at an ambling pace. Still, something managed to keep me engaged, and by the time the bridge at 2:03 came around I was finding myself quite into it. And then that guitar solo... so smooth! Yum.
