Sounds like:
The Black Keys,
The Rolling Stones,
Dan Auerbach
Why do we like this?
Hacienda's latest album Shakedown was produced by Dan Auerbach, just like their last album Big Red and Barbacoa.
On this album, Auerbach actually helped co-write some tunes, and it results in a sound that's a little more focused. The songs are tight and the production is high, and while this benefits them in some songs like "Let Me Go," at other times I miss their older, messier style.
Regardless, they've moved on to bigger and better things as they continue to get noticed around the country.
