Why do we like this?
Guerre, a Sydney-based musician, just released the B-side to "Rashad (Loose Pace)" which was released last month. Music label Yes Please lays claim to the downtempo track, entitled "For Qwanisha." Don't ask me the significance; I got nothing for you.
With the voice of Milosh, the subtle sexiness of James Blake, and the intelligent design of Mount Kimbie, Guerre's "For Qwanisha" is a minimally processed but completely emotion evoking track. The playfulness of the melody compliments the comfort offered with his sultry and honest vocals.
