Why do we like this?

This track passed my desk a few weeks back, but I didn't share it at the time because it wasn't out yet. Fortunately, the band's management persisted, and when it finally came out they came back a-knocking at my door.

"Waters" has a fun, upbeat indie pop sound that hints at Mac DeMarco and something slightly more psychedelic a la MGMT. The net result is a thoroughly enjoyable and catch listen.

You'll catch this as part of the band's upcoming album Sequestrian, due out this summer.
