And just like that, Grimes is back. Like, seriously back.
Not only did she just drop a new single called "Flesh Without Blood" today -- there's a good chance she'll be releasing her entire new album within the week. It's called Art Angels, and you can bet your buttons we'll be all over it once it comes out.
"Flesh Without Blood" keeps things pretty safe, erring on the side of pop rather than experimentation. The choice will no doubt alienate many "hip" fans, but is likely to draw the attention of those not-so-familiar with her music (but familiar with her name).
I have a feeling this album is going to knock it out of the park as far as personality and accessibility.
