Why do we like this?

Greg Dulli might not be a familiar name to some, but the experienced artist has a long musical history, fronting both The Afghan Whigs & The Twilight Singers for many years.

Deciding to strike out on his own for a while, Dulli's debut single is the eclectic bass-driven "Pantomima."

Taken from his forthcoming album,Random Desire, the song highlights Dulli's poetic lyrics and incredible musicianship, with the 30-year veteran having handled the majority of the instrumentation himself.

This is a forward-thinking rock tune showcasing Dulli's incredible talent with a frenetic guitar riff that won't quit. One for the indie-rock fans.

Random Desire is set for release on February 21.
