Why do we like this?
I've gone down a Goth Babe rabbit hole this slow Sunday that I'm writing this. I've quickly become obsessed.
Goth Babe is Griff Washburn; he writes songs that you want to be on the soundtrack of your life. They're grounded, relaxing, upbeat, and almost-ethereal.
His songs are often inspired by travels with his pup and campervan. He's quite a musical nomad. "Casita" is no exception. Griff wrote this song about his trip down to Southern California to escape the Oregon winters. He's infused a beach surfer vibe that instills a sense of peace and perspective that you only get on road trips with friends.
