Having just wrapping up a stint at this year's CMJ in New York, Melbourne's Gossling is an act on the rise. With previous single "Never Expire" (we featured the Oliver Tank remix) hitting the Hypem Top 10 a little while ago, the band's new release is set to continue this talented musician's upward trajectory.
The title track off the soon-to-be released debut album, Gossling (fronted by songstress Helen Croome) has hit the mark with "Harvest of Gold." Again, we're exposed to the new, more electronically driven sound from the band, and it's doing wonders for them.
Croome's stunning vocals are placed on full display, backed perfectly with a rich, full musical arrangement which reveals a band at the top of their game.
Harvest of Gold is out next week (Friday, November 1), and I'm anticipating big things from this release at home and abroad.
