Why do we like this?

It took a couple listens for me to fall in love with this tune, but something about the easy-going style reminded me of one of my all-time favorite bands, Pinback.

And so, with that comparison in hand, I bring to you Goon, an LA-based alt-rock band with mellow and easy-going vibes.

"Scab" is due to appear on their upcoming EP Dusk of Punk, due on September 16th. It's mellow, and I like it for that.
