Why do we like this?
Aaron Shanahan, does the name ring any bells? Well, he was the drummer of the largely popular electronic group Miami Horror from Australia, but is now working as a solo artist under the moniker Good Night Keaton after making the move from Melbourne to Los Angeles.
"Next To Mexico" was released a couple of days ago, and it's a brilliant little dance number featuring the lovely female vocals of Mereki. If you find yourself looking out a window during this track, you'll really wish you were on an island next to Mexico. It definitely still has some evident Miami Horror flavor to it, with those old school synths and disco guitar lines, but this is one helluva funky tropical track.
Even if the season here isn't quite right for everyone, he's Good Night Keaton, and he still wants you to dance with him.
