Why do we like this?

Melbourne band Good Morning cannot put a foot wrong in this reviewer's eyes, with release after release hitting the mark. Having taken last year's CMJ showcase in New York by storm, they returned home to Australia to put the finishing touches on a second EP.

"To Be Won" is another feather in the cap for the prolific writers, and again displays their considerable diversity as musicians. Slacker pop can often come off as one-dimensional, but Good Morning time and time again dispel this theory. Their current EP's feature track, this new single feels both sombre and warm at the same time, and all over staggeringly gorgeous. 

Good Morning's new EP Glory is out now via Solitaire Recordings. Give is a whirl here, you won't be disappointed.
