Why do we like this?

There's a lot of gold happening on this track. The artist is gold, the title is gold, and the song itself glitters with twinkling bells and liquid metallic melodies. Naturally, there's some red wine involved as well.

"Gold Feeling" describes the euphoric state of being carefree, and Golden Suits has the feel-good sound to back it up.

"I wanna dance with you tonight/get my gold feeling" sings vocalist Fred Nicolaus (formerly of Department of Eagles). His voice and narrative lyrics suggest simplicity is the key to that enigmatic and elusive happiness. Maybe we should all take a page from his proverbial book of optimism.
