Why do we like this?
Glasser released a sophomore album last year, and leading track was "Shape." Now, the dark and brooding Brooklyn-based producer MP Williams has remixed into a lo-fi experimental electronic track.
The original is weighty to say the least, yet still retains a wisp of lightness. Williams' carries the heft to another level, adding a fortitude of foggy noise over Glassers' affecting vocals. The remix breathes slowly, giving way to a symphonic ending which practically brings tears to the eyes (maybe, just maybe). This remix is yet another example of Williams' organic production skills and well-executed vision.
